"The hotel was very noisey. Also, I was on a non-smoking floor and it was obvious that someone was smoking cigars. I tried to call the front desk several times and it was busy. I am currently pregnant, was in bed, in my pajamas and did not feel like running down to the front desk from the 11th floor."
